Action Netball

As with all Action Sports, Action Netball is an action-packed, fun-filled sport for people of all ages and abilities. We have players in our netball leagues from beginner and novice levels to those playing at super league, club and provincial level.

Action Netball is an indoor version of netball played either as a 7-a-side game on our Action Cricket courts. Action Netball is an energetic and physical game that will test the fitness levels of players at all levels whether all female or male teams of 7 players each to mixed teams of 4 woman and 3 men. Our games in total are 40 minutes each for 4-a-side (15 minutes a side) so ensure you have substitutes ready and don’t forget to tape up those long fingernails to protect yourself and those around you, men included!
